Teeth implants

Teeth implants are the best way of filling-in the gap if there is one tooth missing. Using the implants ensures the protection of other teeth against grinding, which is of crucial importance, especially when the other teeth are vital and healthy. It helps to keep a beautiful and natural-looking smile without an unwelcome interference with other teeth.



Implant consists of a tytan screw which constitutes a replacement for the root of the lost tooth. The implant is placed directly in the bone and, then, the osteogenic process, which stands for a permanent connection between the tytan surface of the implant and the bone, starts. The process takes from 2 up to 6 months. Only on such a construction can we place the porcelain crown. The procedure is carried out under local anesthesia. Implants may serve as a replacement for one or more teeth missing.

If there are proper indications, the procedure can be taken up instantly. In this case, the implantation is carried out right after the tooth extraction. Good anatomical conditions are essential for the procedure. They can be improved, if neccesary, by means of a bone recovery therapy (we use osteogenic material, which secures the proper amount of bone and the right regeneration of the alveolar process) and the incerasing of the maxillary sinus procedures (if the maxillary sinus was too low and there was a threat of a perforation during the implantation procedure).
